I currently lead curriculum development at Deployed Services, managing and mentoring a talented team of designers. In this role, I oversee the creation of impactful, scalable learning experiences for a diverse audience.

My instructional design journey began at Carley Corporation, where I worked on high-stakes government contracts. That early exposure taught me the discipline and attention to detail required to build content that performs under pressure.

Before entering the corporate space, I spent eight years in the classroom. In 2020, I began mentoring veteran teachers through the sudden shift to hybrid learning. Supporting others during that pivotal moment sparked a realization—I wanted to design learning experiences full time.

I earned my Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from the American College of Education, graduating as a distinguished student.

Since then, I’ve continued to build expertise through certifications in Articulate Storyline and Rise, onboarding design, and AI-assisted content creation. I also hold Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Six Sigma White Belt certifications.
